Good local bank, not all of their practices I may like, but the staff is always willing to help and go the extra mile to fix or make things better.
Over 4 years ago I paid off an overdrawn account in full and they STILL report to my credit as a paid charge off. Even though they agreed to remove it completely. I've disputed this in person and with the credit bureau's and I cannot get a resolution.
