  Very poor customer service, first off I submitted my application online and when I got there they couldn't find it, I had to wait 30 minutes to be assisted. Was ready to purchase a vehicle only to find out that they had an issue with another buyer who's spouse did not have licence and ultimately wrecked the vehicle, so because my husband dies not drive and does not have a driver's license they would not allow me to purchase a vehicle. The lady at the desk was not welcoming and had a rude tone, never looked me in the eye just disgusting... I would never recommend anyone to this company....

  I love Dennis. He is very helpful and honest. The receptionist is another story. I have paid off 2 vehicle from here and currently have one still still being paid off. Used cars but they have a 30 day warranty they offer. We have had to do repairs but it is to be expected on a used car. I have no complaints on the dealership itself or Dennis. I do agree with previous reviews, the customer service is terrible. When verifying your insurance to calling about your payment the receptionist has zero manners. I called today after speaking to Dennis about purchasing our 4th vehicle to check if the vehicle I was interested in was still available and she was rude. Returning customers are the bread and butter of any business, I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her. If you go here speak to Dennis.

  Nope, just don't do it. If honesty, and good customer service, or a warranty you can count on are important factors to you in a auto transaction, my advice is there are way too many other options available before subjecting yourself to this business. Otherwise ask for Dennis.
