This place is so wonderful! On my first visit I was scared since I have major dentist anxiety but from the moment I walked through the door I magically felt at ease. That feeling has continued each and every time I've went back. The ladies ( Nadja & Kate) at the front desk are the perfect women for the job. They treat you like family. Out of all the staff I have never once felt judged like I had at other dentist offices. I go on Thursday to have some major dental work done and I actually trust them there for it. I've never had a dentist or dentist's office I've trusted before.
Dory and Dr. Olzack were extremely friendly and took great care of my daughter. The whole staff is super friendly and clearly have your best interest at mind. They make sure they go above and beyond to get you taken care of!
I have anxiety when it comes to dental care but this office was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They were very understanding of my anxiety and the dental assistant Jesse was super nice. The doctor was very gentle. They really put me at ease. I would recommend my friends and family to come here for their dental needs.
Nadia at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. When you feel badly, it’s nice to get a smile when you walk in the door. After all, you are somewhere you don’t want to be, doing something you don’t want to be doing, so a smiling face is a must and she excelled in her task. Also, the lady that did my cleaning was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable in an uncomfortable place. Good job Acrewood for selecting good people!
I have had two different extractions done in the past two years, with that being said I was very satisfied with the service provided there was on particular dental assistant that made my experience a lot more tolerable. I appreciated her so much that I even went home after the second extraction and brought her back brownies! A very fond and sincere thank you goes out to Jesse Friend for providing not only quality service but a very personable experience.
