Entered store after a couple. Woman helped them first which was ok because they were first. Woman took their order. There was no way she didn't see me I was standing behind them. At one point I started to walk around and my shoes were squeaking on hardwood floor. After finishing with the couple, woman headed to the back without a word to me. After 5 minutes, another man walked into store. We waited another 5 minutes. I then rang the counterbell. No response. Waited another 2 minutes. Nothing. Finally I called out "can we get some help here." Woman came out and asked "Did you need to pick up something?" I said "Yes. I have been waiting long enough." She said " the bell doesn't work" I looked at the man behind me and I said "I just rang it." She said "Well we don't sometimes hear it back here." I said "What does that matter you saw me standing here earlier." She said " I didn't see you." I said "I was standing behind the couple ordering the corsage." She said "Nope. Didn't see you." I told her "Forget my order." and stormed out.
Very disappointed in the quantity/quality for the price.
