This place is a joke. We schedule my daughters driving test. The paper told us 3pm. We get there at 245pm and the clerk said our appointment was at 150pm. HOW!!!??? Looked at the appointment papers agin an they have written on there appointment at 3pm check in time at 315 pm but our appointment was at 150???? Eveytime we go there is an issue. I don't recommend
What is the point of giving a number when the place doesn't even answer the phone? even the recording tells you just check the site instead of getting any info from a real person. Not every question has a listed answer on the site!
I found their hours pretty easy to find on the DPS website, I did try to call and got an answering machine that stated when they were open. When I got there the ladies were very helpful, and I asked her why no one picked up the phone. She told me their first priority is the customers that actually came down to the office, not the phones. I can appreciate that!!! Great job ladies!!!
First in line and no waiting! The paperwork required by the state is ridiculous but Ms Cuellar handled it like a pro, checking over all of the documents we brought, getting our signatures in all the right places. Friendly and professional.
I have never had an issue with them. Always extrememly sweet ladies. I got my DL here when I was 16 and I have taken both my girls here for theirs and I will here next monday or tues with my son. I will not go to any other place. We tried McLennan Co and waited all day to get told to come back the next day. We've also went to Bell Co where they were rude as all get oit2. Gatesville is our go to place for our DL stuff. Thanks ladies for all yalls wonderful kindness and help. Oh and the hours are posted on the website. Front and center. You just have to do a little reading on it. Have a blessed day and see yall soon ladies...
